About Us

P3 is a Virtual Mid-Revenue Cycle Management (MRCM) consulting firm that drives revenue integrity transformation and organizational excellence with Policy, Procedure, and Process Improvement leading practice standardization, and optimization solutions.  

The Founder

Corliss Willett Collins is a Proud daughter of a United States Army and Air Force Veteran. She is also a Senior Healthcare Advisor in the Mid-Revenue Cycle Management (MRCM) Industry. A subject matter expert with over a decade of experience in Healthcare Regulatory Compliance, Health Information Management (HIM), and Revenue Integrity (RI) leadership.  Ms. Collins has a unique blend of expertise in inpatient and outpatient settings; for-profit, not-for-profit, academic, specialty hospitals, health systems, ambulatory, large physician group practices, and clinics. Conducting high-level clinical documentation integrity (CDI), Coding and Billing regulations, and quality checks aimed at identifying revenue integrity (RI) enhancements and optimization opportunities.   

Ms. Collin's Philanthropic commitments include being a member of the Leadership Circle for the Atlanta Community Food Bank and a long-term contributor to St. Jude Research Hospital and Shriners Hospitals for Children.    

 Signature Engagements 

  • Leading Enterprise-Wide Revenue Integrity department restructure / reorganization projects,  including program and process improvements

  • Overseeing large-scale Charge Description Master (CDM) assessments to prepare for EPIC EHR centralization/standardization Implementations and Go-Lives

  • Lead EPIC charge capture and charge reconciliation work queue (WQ) optimization clean-up 

  • Change Management, Corporate Revenue Cycle Management roles, and responsibilities; executive leadership, management, and repositioning initiatives.

  • Implement enterprise-wide Physician Query process improvement program

  • Direct high-level CDI project reviews, for coding, and documentation work streams, identifying inconsistencies derived from Internal User and EMR system issues. 

  • Project Executive team lead overseeing a CDI review for (68) clinical departments with more than (600) physicians, which resulted in mitigating some reimbursement losses and creating a sustainable CDI Integrity within outpatient settings.

  • Work collaboratively on Revenue Integrity initiatives; standing up new policies and procedures designed to achieve CFB / DNFB / FBNE process improvement goals.
