About The Founder

Corliss Collins

Corliss is a Principal and Managing Consultant with over 18 years of experience. She uses her skills to research, investigate and identify revenue cycle management (RCM) process inconsistencies. Her goal is positively influencing AI in RCM projects (i.e., documentation, coding, charges, billing, etc.) for covered entities, healthcare providers, and vendors. P3 identifies and recommends quality-driven solutions. We execute strategic plans and oversee the tactical activities encompassing electronic health records (EHR), pre-implementation, post-launch initiatives, and end-to-end RCM solutions. 

 

Corliss has a proven track record of leading teams to drive and deliver high-impact process optimization improvement outcomes across various RCM disciplines. She believes success is achieved by 

 

Corliss holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management (BSHIM) from Western Governors University and an Associate of Applied Science in Health Information Technology (AAS) from Western Nebraska Community College. She is a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), Certified Coding Associate (CCA), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Approved ICD-10-CM/PCS Trainer. These designations underscore her commitment, understanding, continuous improvement and excellence in RCM/RI/HIM project delivery.​​​
